About the Recipe

I love making this for the week and having an easy family friendly breakfast ready to go. Filled with protein and fiber, so you won't be hungry until lunch!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 cups organic old fashioned oats (gluten-free)

2 cups of coconut cashew milk (almond, coconut or hemp work as well)

2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut

2 tbs real maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup wild or organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 lemon zested

Top with hemp seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in glass container with a lid. Seal & put in refrigerator overnight. More nut milk can be added the next day if more liquid is desired.
